1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Citanium service, website, and any applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Citanium provides daily citation digests and research impact tracking services. We aggregate publicly available citation data and deliver personalized reports to our users. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others. Users must comply with all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws while using the Service.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Citanium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, including Canadian intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citanium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. This limitation of liability is subject to applicable Canadian laws.
8. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
